If you refer us to your landlord and we are successful in being appointed as property managers you will receive half the commission for the first year. You do not need to remain in the property for the year so you can in fact refer us to any landlord you may know and avail of the same offer.
How does it work ?
Simply refer us to your landlord as property managers. If we are successfully appointed and manage the property for a one year period (minimum) we will pay you half the commission we earn for the first year.
Based on a property renting for €1,000.00 per month and at our standard rate of 8.5% commission that would be a payment of €510.00 at the end of the one year period. See its easy*!

- Only one offer available per property
- Must have the potential for further management after the initial one year period
- Commission payable will be based on commission rate agreed with landlord
- Payment will be made at the end of a one year period
- Commission will only be payable if one years management is completed
- This offer can be availed of even if you are moving
- You do not have to remain in the property for the year to avail of the offer
- Payment will only be made once all lease terms are honoured
