Unlike other Dublin Property Management Companies we do not charge a once off fee for letting your property and then a separate fee for managing your property.  We charge a set commission fee for letting and managing your property as a whole.  So no matter how many times your property needs to be let there is no additional charge to you.  We also only charge commission on rent receive ensuring that we work hard to make sure tenants pay rent in on time and keep their accounts up to date.

If you appoint us as property managers for your property we will give you a discount of 50% for the first year off our letting and management commission fee.

• Only one offer available per property
• Must have the potential for further management after the initial one year period
• 50% Discount offered on BPM rates of 8.5 & for one property, 7.5% For two properties and 6.5% for three or more properties.
• 50% Discount given on the bases of a minimum one year contract.  Failure to complete the one year contact will result in normal rates been chargeable.
• Contract must be signed in order to avail of this offer
• 50% discount is applicable for the first 12 month period, then the commission will revert to normal.
